It's nearly that time again! The 2024 Epcot International Festival of the Arts is just around the corner. The Festival is January 12 - February 19.
I'm happy to be returning again - this time with TWO booths and TWO collections of artwork. You'll be able to collect artwork from my Disney Parks Art collection at my tent in the UK and artwork from my Friends Along The Way collection at my smaller kiosk in Canada. Both locations are a stone's throw from each other, so you won't have to walk far to shop both collections and get your artwork signed (I'll be singing at the UK tent since the location is larger there).
From my Disney Parks Art collection, I'm introducing 11 original paintings. From my Friends Along The Way collection, I'm introducing 15 original paintings.
TIPS TO HELP YOU SECURE YOUR ORIGINAL:
For those who are planning to visit on opening day to purchase your favorite original or low-number limited edition, here are some notes that might be helpful. We are doing our best to be organized and to make it easy for you to find and secure your selections.
1) The park gates normally open around 9:00am. The Festival booths will open at 11:00am (if that changes, I'll make a post on social media - please watch for any updates). If you are hoping to nab your favorite original or low-numbered limited edition, plan to be there at opening.
2) If you arrive before the booths open, please ask one of our Kaz team members if you can look through the portfolio. The portfolio contains images of all the artwork that will be available in both booths and you can get a head-start on deciding what you'd like to take home.
3) Disney originals will be located in the UK and Friends originals will be located in Canada. If you'd like to purchase an original from both collections on opening morning, you might consider bringing a shopping buddy with you who can grab the card from the other booth when it opens - or plan to visit both booths.
4) For originals or low-number limited editions, when the booths open take the title/price card for the original you'd like to purchase and head to the cash register at that booth. One of our Kaz team members will be helping folks in the register line to retrieve other items they'd like to purchase that must be pulled from the back (such as wraps which are available in greater inventory quantities than originals) before completing checkout. Just let one of our register-line team members know what you'd like them to pull for you (including items from the other side of the bridge).
5) Wall space is limited this year (despite having two booths), so not every painting is guaranteed to be hanging and might be stationed in our backstage storage waiting to be displayed. Always ask one of our Kaz team members if you can't find something you wanted - they can help you find it!
